LIZZY DEVLIN SCHOLARSHIP FUND APPLICATION

The Lizzy Devlin Recovery Housing Scholarship provides financial assistance to men and women residing in Livingston County who are seeking recovery housing. This program is a collaboration between Pathways to Hope, the Amber Reineck House, and other approved recovery housing providers. The scholarship can cover up to one month of program fees. To apply, simply complete the application form below and be sure to include the name of the recovery housing provider you are working with.
