SECOND CHANCE SUPPORT NETWORK
Second Chance Support Network's mission is to serve men and women released from jail or prison, individuals in court diversion programs, and those with court-ordered community service requirements by providing support, inspiration, Christ-centered mentoring, and other programs to empower their transformation and reintegration into society.
OUR VISION
Second Chance Support Network has a vision that all returning citizens receive the support they need to be contributing members of society.
OUR MISSION
Serving men and women recently released from jail or prison by supporting, inspiring, and providing direction through Christ-centered mentoring.
SECOND CHANCE SUPPORT NETWORK PROGRAMS
PATHWAYS SERVICE PROGRAM
Assisting individuals in fulfilling their court-ordered community service requirements.
OUR HISTORY
The Amber Reineck House was founded in December 2017 by Courtney Atsalakis in memory of her sister Amber, who tragically passed away from an overdose, to provide people in recovery with supportive housing and resources to help them build a better future.
PATHWAYS MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Are a returning citizen looking for guidance and support as you navigate your reentry journey, our Pathways Mentorship program is here to help. We offer one-on-one mentorship and life coaching designed to empower you and provide the tools you need for a successful transition.
PATHWAYS COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM
Our Pathways Community Service program is designed to help individuals with court-ordered community service complete their hours efficiently and on time. We provide support with tracking your progress, reporting your hours, and ensuring you meet all court requirements.
DONATE
Second Chance Support Network serves over 75 men and women annually, with many individuals eagerly waiting for a mentor. Your donation will help us provide vital training and support to our current mentors, while also offering life coaches, financial literacy coaches, and access to our community service program for those fulfilling court-ordered service hours. Together, we can ensure that everyone in our program receives the guidance, resources, and support they need to rebuild their lives and contribute meaningfully to the community.
